Every HEX64 NOC incident is assigned a priority level from the moment the alert fires. Response time commitments are contractual – they are tracked automatically on every ticket and reported in the monthly performance report whether or not you raise them.

  • P1 – Critical (network outage, security breach, business-down incident): First response within 5 minutes. Continuous engineer attention until resolved. Status update every 15 minutes throughout the incident.
  • P2 – Major (significant performance degradation, security event, partial outage affecting multiple users): First response within 15 minutes. L2 or L3 engineer assigned immediately. Status update every 30 minutes.
  • P3 – Minor (non-critical performance issue, single-user impact, configuration query): First response within 60 minutes. Resolved within the standard SLA window. Closure note sent on resolution.
